About this piece

Nour carved this one into lino at 1am after nearly killing a monstera. We screen-print it large across the chest so the plant's expression does the talking.

Relaxed unisex fit with a slightly boxy body. Sits well untucked, ages nicely, gets softer every wash.

Materials & care

  • 100% mid-weight organic cotton, 220gsm
  • Water-based screen-print ink, printed in small runs
  • Wash cold inside out, hang dry, iron on the reverse

Nour carves her drawings into lino blocks at a kitchen table that has permanent ink stains on it. She likes faces on things that should not have faces.

Her work is about small, unglamorous feelings: the tired plant, the over-watered plant, the plant that is fine, honestly.
