Our story / The label
We started because good art kept disappearing into feeds.
FabricArted began in 2023 in a rented studio with one screen-printing press, a heater that only worked in the mornings, and a stack of drawings from friends who kept saying "nobody's ever going to see this."
That was the problem worth solving. Not manufacturing — plenty of people can print a shirt. The problem was that the person behind the drawing kept vanishing from the object it ended up on.
So we built the label backwards: artist first, product second.
Today we work with 6 artists across 13 pieces. Every listing names the human who made the art, what they made it with, and where they were sitting when they made it. That's not marketing garnish. It's the actual product.
What we hold to
The artist stays the author
Copyright never moves. We license specific artwork for specific products, for an agreed period, and their name is on every listing.
Small runs, honest ink
We print in batches we can actually check by hand. Water-based inks, mid- to heavy-weight cotton, no mystery blanks.
Half the profit, plainly stated
Net profit on every sale splits 50/50 with the artist. We show them the numbers, including the boring ones.
No machine-made art
Nothing here is generated. If a human didn't draw, carve or print it, it doesn't go in the shop.

Art is for humans.
Real people. Real art. If you make things, we'd like to see them. If you buy things, thanks — half of it goes straight back to the person who drew it.
